1) In the side navigation, choose Backup.
2) You’ll see your list of sites, and from that list, choose which sites you want to backup.
3) “DB” stands for database, and will update your database only (this is all your posts, comments, etc.). “Sites” is a complete site backup.
4) WPFD will create a backup, tagged by your user ID, inside our secure Amazon EC2 server, and will also store a backup to your hosting site. Make sure you have enough space on your host to store the backup. (We will be rolling out soon the ability to backup to Dropbox and other cloud solutions.)
5) You can backup as much as you want and store with us, at no extra charge.
6) Every backup file you create will display under the “Restore” menu.
